Melt one half cup of semi sweet chocolate in the microwave until it is just melted. This will take a couple of minutes to accomplish and ensure that you stir it real well before you put it to use. Dip low-sodium into the melted chocolate to coat them and then lay them in one layer on parchment paper. Let them cool at room temperature or put them in the fridge for roughly 20 minutes.
